Tom “T” Esposito has
been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the INSIGHT Group
effective January 1, 2011.
Since 1996 “T” has been Director of Finance and Business Operations for
the INSIGHT Group. Before joining INSIGHT, he was Founder
President/Executive Director of Community Innovations (CI), one of the
largest nonprofit organizations in Hampton Roads, Virginia.
In his role as CFO, T will be responsible for the following areas:
- Financial Plan Development and Management Support
- Business Planning & Audits
- P& L & Balance Sheet Management
- Pricing Methodologies & Bid Support
- Revenue Recognition
- Costing / Accounting Practices
- Outlook Support / Business Metrics
- IT Systems & Software
- Accounting
- Payroll and all Tax Reporting
- Intellectual Capital Management
- Key Business Process Management
- Government Compliance Management
- Member of Investment Board
In addition to managing the internal business
operations of INSIGHT, ‘T’ is also a Managing Partner and in this role
he is responsible for helping clients develop IT requirements and
automating their key Services Business Processes including Opportunity
Management, Contract Administration, Time & Expense Recording, Practice
Management and Revenue Cycle Management. He also provides support to
major contracts in the area of compliance, contract administration and
special customer reporting requirements.
