Maryann Ciampa, Partner
Maryann has over 25 years experience in the global healthcare industry.
She possesses management consulting experience and has worked with leading healthcare product manufacturers developing strategies, service offerings, organizational structures, and business processes to launch services and integrated solution offerings. Maryann played a key role in Becton Dickinson’s (BD) entry into services business. With BD Healthcare Consulting and Services, she held numerous positions in marketing, sales, and service development. In her last role, she served as Vice President and General Manager of the services business unit.
In addition to her experience in services management, Maryann has a broad range of experience in new product management, product development, and portfolio management. During her career at BD she led key initiatives to improve Global Product Development and Portfolio Management systems to accelerate time to market and increase revenue growth from new products. She also established and led the Office of Program Management to manage the development and commercialization of all new products. Most recently, Maryann serves as Senior Director of BD’s $650M blood collection device platform, responsible for global product and innovation strategies.
At INSIGHT, Maryann will lead INSIGHT’s healthcare practice leveraging INSIGHT’s deep Services and Solutions intellectual capital and proven methodologies for our healthcare clients. She will also use her expertise and healthcare knowledge base to bring additional value across related industries and clients.
